6. Finance & Funding

  • 6.1 NPG (Nonprofit Organization) for medical & medicare services because it may adopt government resources and research data. Its goal is to serve more people rather than profit more but it has to balance profit and loss under finance plans.
  • 6.2 Separate IT services as a private corporation. It can serve other business as a new UI (banking, consumer electronics, hotel booking & sightseeing, ..). It may need funding from public market to grow fast to become dominated in the field (network business, see Company 05. Platform Strategy).
